offers $15.00 per hour to its employees, acknowledging the fact that $7.40 is not near enough to support a living. “It just feels human to do it,” says co-founder Brian Parker. Parker started his employees’ wages at $12.00 per hour but as of October 1st, he bumped the starting wages to $15.00 an hour.
